I N G R E D I E N T S :
• 4 oz. Gruyere cheese, Shredded
• 10 oz. Guggisberg Baby Swiss, Shredded
• 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
• Pinch of Minced Garlic
• 6 oz. White Wine
• 1/2 oz. Dry Sherry
P R O C E D U R E :
• In a medium pot, over medium heat, sauté garlic for 10 seconds. Do not brown!
• Add white wine and briong to a boil.
• Add the two cheeses and cornstarch, stirring constantly with a whisk until melted.
• When the cheese is melted and smooth, mix in the dry sherry.
• Enjoy!
*If fondue is too thick, add more wine. If it is too thin, add more cheese.
